Jack Pepper

For me, MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is the best indie game of 2026 so far. I’ve been following it for a long time, ever since I first saw a demo on LinkedIn, and I instantly fell in love with its style. I’ve never really been into old cartoons, but for some reason this one hits differently, it brings this unexpected nostalgia, like a glimpse of the good old days.

I recently got the chance to play it and finished it last week, and I’ve gotta say, it didn’t disappoint. I loved every second of it.

As soon as I started playing, I began working on a quick 3D fan art of Jack, trying to capture that same 2D feel. Hope you like it!
